Westglen GI Consultants accepts most major health insurance plans. Please remember that many health plans require a referral from a primary care physician. We recommend that you check with your individual insurance plan before scheduling an appointment to verify your benefit coverage.

It is your responsibility to know the specifics of your plan, including:

• If the physician and facility are in-network
• Your annual deductible
• Your office visit co-payment
• If a referral is required

We do accept self-pay patients.  Patients will be required to pay in full the estimated charges prior to procedures being performed and office visits are to be paid in full at the time of service.

You will receive a monthly statement detailing the balance on your account.
